Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using DomainCat you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Description of Service
DomainCat monitors SSL certificates and domain health on your behalf. We check expiry dates, WHOIS data, DNS records, and email security configurations for domains you add to your account.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide a valid email address. You may not share your account with others.
4. Acceptable Use
You may only monitor domains you own or have authorization to monitor. You may not use DomainCat to monitor domains for malicious purposes.
5. Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months.
6. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for missed alerts due to service interruptions.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
DomainCat is provided as-is. We are not liable for damages resulting from missed cert expiry alerts or service downtime.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
